Russell Page: a versatile artist

About Rusell Page

Born in the east end of London, a bit of a cockney, studied photography, typography, graphic design, English... Went on to work on Gerry Anderson's TV Puppet shows, Thunderbirds, Captain Scarlet, Jo 90, Space 1999, UFO. Doing Special effects and Model making. And from there , to TV commercials and Movies, doing the same, along with animation. During this period I was able to work on several environmental projects, including Band Aid. For more than 30 years I have been putting together various environmentally friendly movie ideas, covering plastic, etc. using my puppet band.
